Warranty Obligations and Product Return Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Seller (manufacturer) guarantees the proper quality of aluminum profiles and aluminum components sold through the online store in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.

1.2. Before shipment, each item undergoes visual quality control, completeness verification, and proper packaging.

1.3. Placing an order on the website означает the Buyer’s agreement with these warranty and return terms.


2. Claims Regarding Quality and Damage

2.1. The Buyer is obliged to inspect the goods upon receipt.

2.2. In case of detection of:

  • manufacturing defects;

  • product damage;

  • non-compliance with the order,

the Buyer is obliged to:

  • document the defects by taking photographs of the product and packaging;

  • notify the Seller by email or another agreed method of communication immediately after discovering the defects.

Quality claims are not accepted if more than 14 calendar days have passed since the date of receipt of the goods.

2.3. Upon receipt of goods from the carrier (for example, Nova Poshta), the Buyer must verify the integrity of the packaging, the number of packages, and the conformity of the goods.

2.4. In case of damage or shortage, the Buyer must file a claim directly with the carrier at the time of receipt.


3. Terms of Return and Exchange

3.1. The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

3.2. Returns are possible provided that the goods:

  • have not been used;

  • have no mechanical damage, scratches, or signs of installation;

  • retain their original commercial appearance;

  • retain individual packaging (if applicable);

  • were stored under proper conditions without exposure to aggressive environments.

3.3. Storage of goods in humid помещения, environments with increased acidity or alkalinity, as well as near salts and chemical reagents, is prohibited.

3.4. Delivery costs for returning goods are borne by the Buyer, except in cases of a confirmed Seller’s error.

3.5. If non-compliance of the goods due to the Seller’s fault is confirmed, delivery costs are reimbursed by the Seller.


4. Goods Not Subject to Return

The following goods are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • products manufactured or painted according to an individual order;

  • products cut to dimensions specified by the Buyer;

  • individually configured mounting systems.


5. Return Procedure

5.1. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the store manager and provide the order number.

5.2. The return of goods is carried out only after agreeing with the Seller on the shipping method.


6. Service Life and Warranty Conditions

6.1. The estimated service life of aluminum profiles is up to 50 years, depending on operating conditions.

6.2. The warranty period for aluminum profiles and components is 10 years from the date of receipt of the goods.

6.3. The warranty is valid provided that:

  • installation and operation rules are followed;

  • compatible fastening elements are used;

  • periodic technical inspection of the system is carried out (at least twice a year).

6.4. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • violation of installation technology;

  • galvanic corrosion caused by the use of incompatible metals or fasteners;

  • exposure to aggressive environments (marine climate, ammonia, chemicals, etc.);

  • mechanical damage after the goods have been handed over to the Buyer.


7. Conditions for the Use of Aluminum Products

7.1. Non-anodized aluminum naturally oxidizes in humid environments with the formation of a protective oxide layer (passivation), which is a normal physicochemical process.

7.2. Accelerated material degradation may occur due to:

  • exposure to salts, reagents, or chemicals;

  • contact with acidic or alkaline environments;

  • contact with other metals in the presence of moisture (galvanic corrosion).

7.3. The above cases are not considered warranty cases.


8. Force Majeure

8.1. The parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to: military actions, state of emergency, terrorist acts, fires, floods, natural disasters, accidents, decisions of authorities, logistics disruptions, and other events beyond the parties’ control.

8.2. The party affected by force majeure circumstances must notify the other party within a reasonable time.

8.3. The срок for performance of obligations is extended for the duration of such circumstances.

8.4. If the goods are damaged or destroyed during transportation by the carrier, the Seller’s warranty obligations do not apply to such cases.
